Thanks to all of you who
called or emailed your county commissioners and showed up for the meeting
Thursday night, June 12, 2008 at the Rutherford County Courthouse.
As you may have heard, the commission voted "yes" to the measure to build
the 16 new courts at Old Fort! This will include lighting, paved parking,
and concessions. The courts were originally set to be finished by February
of '09, in time for spring practice for the county schools. We'll keep
you posted as to any changes to this timing.
