Saturday Morning Match Play

A casual league with no weekly commitment required. The League coordinator will put you on court. Match play could be doubles, singles, mixed or not, depending on who shows up.

Contact league coordinator to be on a list to be notified in the event of cancellation.

Who: Ladies and men, all ages, 2.5 and up

Days: every Saturday weather permitting

Time: 9:00 AM

Where: Old Fort Park

Cost:   Free, players bring balls

Monday Morning Match Play

A casual league with no weekly commitment required. The League coordinator will put you on court. Match play could be doubles, singles, mixed or not, depending on who shows up.

Who: Ladies and men, all ages, 2.5 and up

Days: every Monday weather permitting

Time: 9:00 to 11:00 AM

Where: Old Fort Park

Monday Night League Play

Monday Night Team Tennis - 1st Session (6 weeks)
April 12 - May 17
Time:  6:30
Place:  Old Fort Park - old courts
Play Format:  one set doubles, one set mixed doubles, one set singles
Teams:  made up of 4 players, 2 women and 2 men
Cost:  $20 per session, balls provided

Ladies Tuesday Morning Doubles

A casual league with no weekly commitment required, but players email coordinator each week to be scheduled for a match. Contact the League coordinator  to be on the weekly notification list.

Who: Ladies, 2.5 and up

Days: every Tuesday weather permitting (dry and warmer than 40 degrees

Time: 9:00 AM

Where: Old Fort Park

Cost:   Free, players bring balls

MTA's USTA Junior Team Tennis League (Tuesdays/Thursdays)

Level:  All levels of play -- beginner to advanced
Cost:  $25 registration through the USTA
Dates:  Beginning May 18th, 6 - 8 week session
Clinic Days:  Tuesdays and Thursdays
USTA Membership required
Teams:  minimum 3 - 4 boys and 3 - 4 girls
Format:  combination of singles, doubles, mixed doubles

Wednesday Night All Adult Play

Just show up!! League coordinator will put you on court.  Match play could be doubles, singles, mixed or not, depending on who shows up.

Who: Ladies and men, 2.5 and up

Days: every Wednesday evening

Time: 6:30 PM

Where: Old Fort Park

Cost:   Free, players bring balls

Thursday Night Mixed Doubles League resumes play May 16.  
 
Matches are set to begin on Thursday, May 16th (a change)and will be played at Old Fort Park with a start time of 6:30 or 8:00 p.m..  Your particular start time will vary from week to week so that no one is forced to play early or late every week.  Sessions will run from 6 - 8 weeks, depending on the number of players.

 

Everyone will be required to complete and turn in a current release form to MTA.

 

The cost of the league is $5.00 per person.  This money is used to purchase prizes for the top two teams in each division.  If you would like to play, please contact Ryan Watson via email at ryan.watson@allstate.com  with the following information for both you and your partner.
